Dr. Shao Wei, a Professor and Chair of the Department of Animal Science at Xinjiang Agricultural University, holds a Doctorate in Agricultural Science. He serves as the Director of the Xinjiang Dairy Engineering Technology Research Center and a doctoral supervisor. With extensive expertise in high-efficiency dairy cattle husbandry and environmental control technologies, Dr. Shao has dedicated years to both research development and academic instruction in these fields. His distinguished achievements include receiving two Second-Class Science and Technology Progress Awards from the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region government, along with prestigious honors such as the Outstanding Young Scientific Talent of Xinjiang and the Tianshan Elite Award.
