Dr. Muhammad Sajid is a Lecturer in the Department of Earth Sciences at Abbottabad University of Science and Technology (AUST), Pakistan. He holds a Ph.D. in Geology with a specialization in geochemistry, mineral exploration, reservoir geology and environmental geology. His research focuses primarily on the geochemical assessment of coal and mineral resources, geochemistry, and the environmental impact of mining activities on soil and water quality.
Dr. Sajid is actively involved in teaching, research, and student mentorship. His research interests include mineral exploration, heavy metal contamination, hydrogeochemistry, and integrated geochemical-geophysical methods for coal exploration. He has contributed to several academic publications and continues to work on addressing environmental and geological challenges in Pakistan.
