Dr. Seyed Abdollah Mansouri Mehryan is a researcher and lecturer in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in energy conversion. He was designated as a World's Top 1% Highly Cited Researcher in 2023-2024 (ESI). Dr. Mehryan earned his Ph.D. from Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran, Iran, where his research focused on the numerical and experimental analysis of advanced thermal management systems for Li-ion batteries, incorporating innovative solutions like heat pipes and hydrogels.
His research portfolio is extensive, covering battery thermal management, phase change materials (PCMs), thermal energy storage, fluid-structure interaction, and transport phenomena in porous media and nanofluids. He is also skilled in applying machine learning techniques to complex problems in thermal sciences. He currently serves as a Lecturer in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Shahid Beheshti University.
