Dr. Doriam Camacho-Rodríguez. She holds a Doctorate in Nursing, a Master's in Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management, and a specialization in Healthcare Quality Management and Auditing.

Currently, she serves as a Researcher in the Nursing Faculty at the Cooperative University of Colombia, Santa Marta Section, and is a Research Associate recognized and categorized by MINCIENCIAS, Colombia. Her research focuses on patient safety and health,  climate change & health interventions.

She is a Board Member of the Alliance of Nurses for Healthy Environments (ANHE), leads its Latin American chapter (ANHE Latinoamérica), and represents it within the Latin American Climate and Health Network. She is also a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing (Upsilon Nu Chapter) and the ITD Alliance.

In 2022, she was recognized as one of the "100 Bold Nurses in Latin America and the Caribbean Promoting Nursing Excellence" by Sigma Theta Tau International's Latin America and Caribbean Region. That same year, she received the Social Impact Award from the Upsilon Nu Chapter for her work in nursing, climate change, and the environment.
