Dr. Rayeh Nasr Al-Dala’ien holds a PhD in Structural Engineering from Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Malaysia, and an MSc in Structural Engineering from the University of Jordan. She is currently a Lecturer in the Civil Engineering Department and Assistant Dean for Planning, Development, and Quality Assurance at Karak University College, Al-Balqa Applied University, Jordan.
Her research interests focus on structural dynamics, impact and blast resistance of reinforced concrete structures, strengthening and retrofitting techniques, advanced and sustainable construction materials, and finite element modeling. Dr. Al-Dala’ien has published extensively in high-impact, peer-reviewed international journals and has actively participated in numerous international conferences as a session chair, technical committee member, and presenter.
She serves as an editorial board member, guest editor, and reviewer for several reputable journals published by Springer Nature, Elsevier, MDPI, Wiley, and other international publishers. Dr. Al-Dala’ien combines strong academic and research expertise with a commitment to enhancing engineering education quality and promoting research-driven, practice-oriented learning.
