Dr. Njoku Joachim Ikpeoha Kakie is a Nigerian academic and Senior Lecturer in Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology at Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike. He holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Extension and Rural Development and has over two decades of experience in teaching, research, and community engagement.
His work focuses on sustainable agriculture, food security, climate-smart farming, and rural development, with a strong emphasis on bridging research and practice to improve farmers’ livelihoods. He has contributed to advancing agricultural extension services in Nigeria and is recognized for his expertise in project management, problem-solving, and knowledge transfer to rural communities.
