  • Microbial biotechnology is not only my field of study but my passion and interest also. I conducted various microbial biotechnology research projects, including the production of various by-products and secondary metabolites which have further applications in pharmaceutical industry and others industries, such as microbial enzymes, microbial toxins, biological bioactive compounds, antimicrobial, anticancer, antioxidant, antiviral activity, and microbial aroma. Moreover, bioremediation of waste water is very important study field I work on as it helps to preserve our environment. Additionally, the fungal identification and classification are one of my interests; I can use different classification methods to identify various isolated fungi from delta region and to produce by-products from fungi, bacteria, actinomycetes isolated from soil and marine. These by-products are with very important biological activities, such as anticancer, antimicrobial, antioxidant and antiviral activity. Furthermore, I worked to produce semi- final products such as mosquitocidal toxins from bacteria and nutty aroma from fungi. I wish to have an impact in my country and to work hard to produce final by-products that can serve the Egyptian industry.
