Ma Xueting, male, member of the Communist Party of China, doctoral candidate, associate professor, master's supervisor at Tarim University, master's supervisor at Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, currently a faculty member of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, and an expert in agricultural mechanization under the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.
