Abstract

Abstract: Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a common neurodevelopmental disorder that affects children and can persist into adulthood, posing significant challenges in academic, social, and family settings. Pharmacological treatment remains one of the most widely used and effective approaches. In addition to medication, behavioral therapy has been proven effective in improving behavior and emotional regulation, and is often combined with medication for a more comprehensive treatment. Finally, we highlight future directions in ADHD treatment, focusing on more personalized and less invasive approaches, as well as the potential role of digital health tools in managing ADHD.
