I did my under graduation in M.B.B.S from K.A.P.Viswanatham Government Medical College, Trichy in 2007. I did my post graduation in M.D Biochemistry in 2012 from Sri Ramachandra Medical College & Research Institute, Chennai. I have worked as Assistant professor in Chettinad Medical College & Research Institute for a period of 4 years and got promoted as Associate professor in 2016. I am was working as Associate Professor at Shri Sathya Sai Medical College & Research Institute, Thiruporur  from 2018 and got promoted to Professor in 2021. Currently I am working as Professor & HOD, Department of Biochemistry, Bhaarath Medical College & Hospital, Selaiyur, Chennai.

I have fourteen publications in both national and international journals. I have authored two copyright proposals. I have undergone training in ISO 15189:2012 for NABL Lab accreditation process. I have completed post graduate diploma in family medicine course affiliated to CMC Vellore. I have completed Basic course in biomedical research offered by SWAYAM NPTEL. I have also undergone Basic course and revised basic course in Medical education technology. I have undergone training in Curriculum implementation support program in 2019. I have registered as a PhD guide under SBV university, Puducherry and I was guiding 4 PhD candidates. I was also serving as research advisory committee member for 2 PhD candidates under BIHER university.
