Dr. Aline Porciúncula Frenzel is Graduated in Nutrition from the Federal University of Pelotas; Specialist in Parenteral and Enteral Nutritional Therapy by the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul; Master in Nutrition and Food from the Federal University of Pelotas; PhD in Health and Behavior at the Catholic University of Pelotas. She has more than 10 years of experience in nutritional therapy in the hospital environment and at the clinical practice level. His research focus is in the area of body composition (masters and doctorate) and presents several courses, national and international, as well as the publication of book chapters, articles and abstracts in this area. She also participates in research projects that address this topic. She has experience as a professor in the discipline of Clinical Nutrition for the course of Nutrition and in the discipline of Epidemiology for several courses in the health area.
