Degree in Chemical Engineering (August-2020) from the Federal Technological University of Paraná (UTFPR-Londrina). Master in Chemical Engineering (August-2020), integrated with the Dual Diploma project between the UTFPR-Londrina and the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB), in Portugal. In the master's degree, developed research in the area of characterization of the lipid fraction of nuts produced with different biostimulants with potential hypocholesterolemic activity intended for application in the food industry. Currently, she has six original papers published and one book chapter. She participated in 28 events, receiving four awards/honors and resulting in 17 oral communications and 23 poster communications. In addition, she has two years of experience in research grants, in which she was able to improve her extraction, separation, structural elucidation, physicochemical, microbiological, and antioxidant analysis techniques. Currently, she is a Ph.D. student in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Porto (FFUP), with a research grant from the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT). Her research emphasis is on the recovery of bio-residues from the cider industry. She also works as a scientific reviewer for the Advances in Materials Journal and has supervised three students in their scientific initiation project.
