Dr. Sheng Chang received the Ph.D. degree in remote sensing of resources and environment under the joint cultivation of Central South University, Changsha, China, and Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2018.,In 2009, he joined the Aerospace Information Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has hosted and participated in many national and international cooperation projects, such as the International Cooperation Project of the National Key R& D Program (China–U.K. and China–European), UNESCAP, CAS–TWAS, the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Science and Technology Support Program, etc.
