Dr. Peng Luo is the Professor of Marine Biological Sciences at South China Sea Institute of Oceanology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences (SCSIO), in Guangzhou, China. He earned his doctorate in marine biology at SCSIO in 2006 and began a faculty position at SCSIO in the same year.
