My name is Shibo Song. I come from Shandong Province, China. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Medicine from Shandong First Medical University, followed by a Master’s degree in Surgery at Peking University Health Science Center. I then worked at the Colorectal and Anorectal Center of Tianjin People’s Hospital, where I received systematic training in general and colorectal surgery.
In 2021, I began my Ph.D. studies in Surgical Oncology at Peking Union Medical College, focusing on minimally invasive treatment of gastrointestinal tumors, endoscopic innovation, and prognostic studies in early colorectal cancer. By 2024, I had published more than ten SCI papers as the first author, with a total impact factor exceeding 50, and participated in multiple clinical studies and endoscopic device development projects.
Since August 2024, I have served as a physician at the Endoscopy Center of Peking University First Hospital, where I engage in diagnostic and therapeutic gastrointestinal endoscopy and advance microinvasive endoscopic techniques in clinical practice.
