Dr. Dongxiang Huang is a Lecturer at the School of Physical Education, Shaoguan University, China. She holds a bachelor's and a master's degree from South China Normal University, the latter completed through a joint program with the University of Tsukuba, Japan. She earned her Doctor of Education from The Education University of Hong Kong.
Her research focuses on sports nutrition, exercise performance, sports biomechanics, and evidence-based practice in sport science. She has published in peer-reviewed journals in sport and exercise science and serves as a reviewer for international journals in the field.
