Dr. Hamid Ali Khan is currently serving as Director ORIC at Bacha Khan University Charsadda, Pakistan. He earned his Ph.D degree from Huazhong Agricultural University, Wuhan, P.R.China and doing Postdoctorate from University of Alabama at Birmingham, Birmingham, Alabama, USA. He specializes in Cell and Molecular Biology with particular interest in cystic fibrosis, microRNA-mediated gene regulation in development and diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), ovarian development, cancer, and transcriptomics.

Dr. Hamid Ali Khan has authored over 26 peer-reviewed publications, with more than 400 citations, reflecting the impact of his contributions to the field. His research integrates molecular biology approaches to better understand the mechanisms underlying complex human diseases and developmental processes. In addition to his research and teaching responsibilities, Dr. Hamid Ali Khan actively contributes to the scientific community through academic collaboration, research leadership, and scholarly publishing activities.
