Motility Disorder, Meckel’s Diverticulum and Mass in a Toddler Girl-Mere Coincidence or Causation Link
We present unique and an interesting case of a toddler girl who had all three in one lesion with a known case of hypoganglionosis. Patient presented with recurrent right sided abdominal colicky pain, vomiting and a right lower abdominal mass. During abdominal ultrasound, an ileoileal intussusception was found.
