The World Peace Plan: A Unified Neomodern Research Economy, Space-Technology Mode of Production, and Social-Public Health Superstructure

Abstract

This paper proposes a neomodern theoretical synthesis in which a research-directed economy, public health equity, gravitoelectric launch architecture, autonomous space-drone industry, fusion propulsion, warp-field metrics, asteroid-belt mining, and cultural synthesis together form the next stage of the human mode of production. Drawing upon published work on gravitoelectric cumulative transference, warp-field displacement, fusion propulsion, artificial intelligence economic planning, universal income, the research-directed economy, and substance policy, this model argues that the future abolition of resource-based war requires two simultaneous transformations. The first is technological: the transition from terrestrial scarcity to space-resource abundance and zero-carbon energy.

The second is metaphysical-cultural: the transition from ethnocentric conflict consciousness to intersubjective cultural synthesis and public welfare equity. This paper presents the space-tech research economy as the material base of peace, and cultural synthesis as its final psychological and philosophical completion. The conclusion proposes a World Research Economy, in which nations pre-agree domains of research specialisation, invest in novel technological innovation, and trade future high-value research goods rather than fighting over finite inherited resources.
