Aims:

WebLog Journal of Nutrition and Food Sciences is an open access, multidisciplinary, double-blind, meticulously peer-reviewed online journal. WebLog Journal of Nutrition and Food Sciences seeks to publish scholarly articles on nutrition and food sciences, its application in the development of revolutionary dietary supplements, standardization of dietary plans, and the pursuit of solutions to the epidemic of malnutrition and its deleterious effects on health.

WebLog Journal of Nutrition and Food Sciences is an interdisciplinary publication that covers both directly and indirectly related food industry subjects. Food microbiology, food toxicity, food preservation, safe and quick food processing, food packaging, fermentation technology, and food chemistry are all included in the journal's coverage.

Furthermore, the journal strives to publish every one of the developments in research that contribute to highlighting the potential individual or population-level causes of nutritional deficiencies. We strongly encourage the submission of original publications that highlight the ways in which environmental and genetic factors influence an individual's nutritional status and how those factors might be utilized to mitigate disease symptoms.

Every member of the Editorial Board actively supervises and directs the publication's development.
