This study evaluates the suitability of 190 respondents for the teaching profession applying the Holland RIASEC (Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional) Model using FIKR (facet, insight, knowledge, and resilience) Profiling Assessment Tool.
