Aims and Scope

Aims:

WebLog Journal of Neurosurgery is an open access, multidisciplinary, double-blind, meticulously peer-reviewed online journal. Neurology is a medical specialty that addresses problems of the neurological system. Because it communicates and regulates with the other body parts, the brain is the body's master system. The diagnosis and treatment of disorders affecting the autonomic, somatic, and central nervous systems, as well as their coverings, blood vessels, and all effector tissue, fall under the broad category of neurology. WebLog Journal of Neurosurgery focuses on neurosurgery, a specialty that treats diseases affecting any part of the nervous system, including the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, and extracranial cerebrovascular system, by preventing, diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating them by surgical methods.

The purpose of this publication is to provide a forum for academics and scientists worldwide to discuss, endorse, and exchange new developments in all areas of neurosurgery. WebLog Journal of Neurosurgery publishes original articles, reviews, guidelines, position papers, editorials, letters to the editor, and correspondence. Only articles that meet the standards of quality and scientific significance are accepted.

The Editorial Board of the Journal is composed of a committed group of neurosurgery experts from throughout the world. The journal's progress is actively overseen and guided by each board editor. The goal of the peer-review procedure is to disseminate accurate and useful scientific knowledge. A team of experts in the relevant subjects evaluates the quality and substance of the papers submitted for publication.
