Aims:

WebLog Journal of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation is an open access, multidisciplinary, double-blind, meticulously peer-reviewed online journal. WebLog Journal of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation inspires and engages a global readership on physical therapy and rehabilitation-related subjects. In order to improve patient care, WebLog Journal of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, the premier international journal for research in physical therapy and related fields, publishes cutting-edge, highly relevant content for scientists and clinicians alike. It does this by using a range of interactive communication techniques.

Physical therapy is a type of treatment that restores movement and physical function compromised by disease or injury through the use of therapeutic and carefully designed exercises, patient evaluation of evidence, and use of physical treatments. Regaining strength following a major surgery or injury is known as rehabilitation. This journal publishes case studies, evidence-based research, and systematic literature reviews on a wide range of physiotherapy-related issues, including treating the underlying disease and avoiding complications as well as areas of healing, repair, and recovery in a variety of injuries, illnesses, and disorders.

Article types that can be accepted in WebLog Journal of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation include Case Blogs, Case Reports, Case Series, Clinical Images, Editorials, Letters to the Editor, Short Communications, Rapid Communications, Commentaries, Perspectives, Opinions, Mini Reviews, Systematic Reviews, Review articles, and Research Articles.

The Editorial Board of the Journal is composed of a committed group of international experts in physical therapy and rehabilitation. Every board editor oversees and actively manages the journal's progress. The goal of the peer-review procedure is to disseminate accurate and useful scientific knowledge. A panel of subject-matter specialists evaluates the quality and substance of the papers submitted for publication.
