Aims:
WebLog Journal of Cancer and Clinical Research is an open access, multidisciplinary, double-blind, meticulously peer-reviewed online journal. WebLog Journal of Cancer and Clinical Research is looking for manuscripts that offer a translational bridge from the laboratory to the clinic, opening up new possibilities for cancer understanding, prevention, diagnosis, and therapy. The manuscripts should also incorporate major discoveries in basic cancer research. The journal aims to give cancer researchers, doctors, oncologists, and other health professionals a place to find the most recent developments in cancer research.
The following are some examples of specific areas of interest: Large-scale molecular characterization of human tumors; mechanisms of progression of the malignant phenotype and metastatic disease; molecular changes or biomarkers that predict response or resistance to treatment; translational research in targeted therapies; personalized medicine; tumor immunotherapy; and novel techniques with potential application to clinical investigation.
Article types that can be accepted in WebLog Journal of Cancer and Clinical Research include Case Blogs, Case Reports, Case Series, Clinical Images, Editorials, Letters to the Editor, Short Communications, Rapid Communications, Commentaries, Perspectives, Opinions, Mini Reviews, Systematic Reviews, Review articles, and Research Articles.
The Editorial Board of the Journal is composed of a committed group of international experts in cancer and clinical research. Every board editor oversees and actively manages the journal's progress. The goal of the peer-review procedure is to disseminate accurate and useful scientific knowledge. A panel of subject-matter specialists evaluates the quality and substance of the papers submitted for publication.
