WebLog Journal of Neurosurgery is an open access, multidisciplinary, double-blind, meticulously peer-reviewed online journal. Neurology is a medical specialty that addresses problems of the neurological system. Because it communicates and regulates with the other body parts, the brain is the body's master system. The diagnosis and treatment of disorders affecting the autonomic, somatic, and central nervous systems, as well as their coverings, blood vessels, and all effector tissue, fall under the broad category of neurology.
